John Jonas of OlineJobs.ph is a former programmer turned marketer, father of five, and a smart entrepreneur.
Nine years ago, he started OnlineJobs.ph, the world’s largest marketplace for finding and hiring virtual staff from the Philippines. Since programming the first version of the site himself, my guest has grown the company to a team of more than 20 full-time people.
He is also the founder of Replace Myself, a site designed to help entrepreneurs find, hire, and (most importantly) teach and manage virtual staff.
