Caroline MacDougall is a serial entrepreneur and innovator, who has followed her passion and her heart while building several successful businesses.
She began her journey in the herbs and the herbal tea industry in the early 1970s and has designed award-winning herbal beverages for top tea companies including The Republic of Tea, Yogi Tea Company, Uncle Lee’s Tea, and Organic India.
25 years ago, she started a company and set out to create a caffeine-free herbal cappuccino. She created Teeccino, now America’s top selling coffee alternative.

- [04:33]: Caroline’s career began as she personally started exploring different herbs and botanicals from around the world. She traveled the world to find the best herbs for a non-caffeinated coffee alternative. To do that, she had to actively go out and find them.
