Ryan Simonetti began his career in finance — spending a year at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Group before moving onto become Vice President at Gramercy Capital. What seemed a career most people would dream of, became the jumping off point into building a truly impressive business.

He is the co-founder of Convene, commercial real estate’s first workplace-as-a-service platform. His unique experience and expertise in real estate acquisitions, development, and finance have helped propel Convene to become a pioneer in the industry.

He has been recognized for his business achievements in numerous categories and publications including Inc. Magazine’s 30 Under 30. He’s also been a finalist in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year 2013 New York.
