Welcome to part 1 of our very first Co-founder’s series. If you haven’t listened to part 2, you can do that here.
In this episode, we are trying something new — HTE’s Co-founder Series.
In many of the discussions I have had, you may have noticed a high percentage of my guests are co-founders in their companies — meaning that they have a partner in their business.
Having a partner can be the key to your success, but it isn’t without downsides. Partners need to be different enough from you, so there is a mutual benefit to working together, yet you need to be able to share in the same vision. Your success mindset needs to align with one another.
In our Co-Founder Series, I am going to attempt to show both sides of a partnership to try and discover some insights into choosing and working with a co-founder. Let me know what you think.
Today’s guest is one of the UK’s most successful and inspirational entrepreneurs, and is the youngest person to have floated a company on the stock exchange, which she did at the age of 29.

She recently sold Target Parking, a car park operator of which she was founder and CEO.
